Instructions for connection

OpenVPN

1. Install the OpenVPN application

To use the configuration files, you need to install the OpenVPN application on your device. To do this, go to the official OpenVPN website or click on the icon with the operating system of your device.

2. Download file

Download any file from the list. You can download all files at once and later switch from one VPN server to another in case of connection problems.

3. Add the downloaded file to the application

To do this, open the OpenVPN application. Click the «File» tab. Click on the «Browse» button. Select the downloaded configuration file from the list of files on your device (in the downloads folder, look for a file with the .ovpn extension). Add the file and click «Connect.»

On a PC, you can simply transfer the downloaded file to the OpenVPN application window.

4. Enable VPN

It usually takes 2 to 5 seconds to connect. If the connection is not established for a long time — try to connect to the next server. Use another configuration file for this purpose.

SSTP

1. Open the Start menu and select Settings (gear icon). In the «Settings» window that opens, select the «Network and Internet» section

2. In the menu on the left, click «VPN» (I advise you to right-click on this button and pin it in the Start menu for easy editing and use of VPN connections in the future)

3. Click on the «Add VPN Connection» button. In the window that appears, fill in the following information:

— In the «Server name or address» field enter the server name (it is copied when you click on the SSTP button on our website under «Configurations for connection»).

— Type of sign-in info is «User name and password» ( User name and password are always the same: vpn )

Solving possible problems

Try connecting to a different one. Download a new configuration file and add it to the OpenVPN application. If you are using SSTP or L2TP, copy the address of the other server and replace it in the settings for that connection.

The server you are connecting to is overloaded. Try connecting to another one.

In most cases — the problem is on the VPN server side. Try connecting to another one.

Occurs when trying to connect to some servers. If you see this error several times in a row, connect to another server in the list.

There is a problem with the certificate on the server you are trying to connect to. If this error occurs when connecting to all servers in the list, you should wait a few hours until the problem is fixed. Try connecting via SSTP or L2TP.

If you encounter such a problem — use servers with the IP address in the name.
